In this session, executive leaders will learn from Raphaela O’Day, Ph.D. of Johnson & Johnson’s Human Performance Institute, on how to redefine stress and to adopt “strategic recovery” –critical for personal resilience and for supporting the broader team. Daryl Tol, President & CEO of Advent Health, Central Florida Division will also share his personal journey and how his health system has applied these principles in practice.
